Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all protective tissue and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
